Fully equipped: Nespresso Original with milk frother, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge with freezer and washing machine. Everything needed for a self-sufficient stay.
Living Area
Double sofa bed, 55" TV, folding desk, dining table for four, and a coffee table with built-in wireless charger and speaker. Air conditioning and fan. Comfortable for both work and relaxation.
Terrace
East-facing terrace with outdoor dining table for four. Open views over the sea, subtropical gardens, pools and the marina. Ideal for morning coffee and shaded afternoon meals.
Security & Access
Sound-insulated entrance door. The Skol building has 24/7 staffed reception, three elevators and wide staircases. Multiple access routes including a private gate directly to the paseo marítimo.
Location
Between Marbella's historic old town, the marina and the beach promenade. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. Taxi rank directly in front of the building.

- For late arrivals, the 24/7 reception ensures smooth access at any hour

During your stay
- Full access to Skol's subtropical gardens and swimming pools
- Pool open daily 10:00 – 22:00 · No glass in the pool area
- Quiet hours: please be respectful of neighbours in the evenings
- No smoking inside the apartment or on the terrace
- No pets
- Maximum 4 guests
- Safe available in the bedroom wardrobe for valuables
